By accessing or using DevDiagrams (devdiagrams.com), operated by Softek Solutions, Inc. ("Softek Solutions," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

DevDiagrams is a web-based tool that generates railroad diagrams from formal grammar specifications. The service is available under the following tiers:

• Free — limited features available to all registered users at no charge.
• Educational — one-time purchase license for students and educators.
• Professional — annual subscription with full feature access including API access.

Access to DevDiagrams requires authentication through a supported OAuth provider (Google, Microsoft, or GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use DevDiagrams to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use automated means to access the service beyond the documented API limits.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent.

All payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Softek Solutions, Inc. Charges will appear on your statement as SOFTEK SOLUTIONS.

Professional subscriptions are billed annually and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Educational licenses are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

API access is available to Professional subscribers. API usage is subject to rate limits as documented. You are responsible for securing your API keys. Do not share API keys or expose them in client-side code. You may revoke and regenerate API keys at any time through your Account page.

The DevDiagrams service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Softek Solutions, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any grammar content you submit to the service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

SVG and PNG diagrams generated by DevDiagrams from your grammar input may be used freely in your own projects, documentation, and publications.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Softek Solutions, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time through your Account page.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
